These Terms & Conditions govern the use of CM Copys, a printing and notes-sharing platform where students can upload study material and others can order printed copies. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

2. Uploading Notes – Rules & Regulations

Students uploading notes must follow the rules below:

2.1 Strict Content Ownership

• Only upload your own handwritten or typed notes.
• Copying from books, websites, PDFs, or other people's notes is strictly prohibited.
• Violation will result in permanent account ban and cancellation of earnings.

2.2 Original & Useful Content Only

• Notes must be originally written by you.
• No blank pages or irrelevant scribbles.
• Incomplete or low-quality content will be rejected.

2.3 Handwriting & Clarity Standards

• Handwriting must be clean, readable, and properly scanned.
• No shadows, tilted pages, or blurred images.
• Poor handwriting may result in content rejection.

2.4 Duplicate & Repeated Uploads

• Uploading the same content multiple times is not allowed.
• If many students upload the same notes, only the best version remains active.

2.5 Accuracy & Syllabus Compliance

• Notes must match the official syllabus (CBSE/State/ICSE).
• Must include required chapters, formulas, explanations.
• Wrong or misleading content will be removed without notice.

2.6 Professional Behaviour

• Do not include your phone number, name, or social media on notes.
• No slang, jokes, or unnecessary text.
• No promotion of other websites/apps.

3. Commission & Earnings

Students earn a fixed 10% commission on every successful printed order of their uploaded notes.

The commission is calculated only on the printed page value. Charges for spiral binding, delivery, handling, or any additional services are not included in the commission calculation.

🔢 Earnings Examples

• If your notes are printed for ₹100, you earn ₹10
• If your notes are printed for ₹200, you earn ₹20
• If your notes are printed for ₹500, you earn ₹50

📌 Important Conditions

• Commission is paid only for approved notes
• Earnings are credited only after successful printing and delivery
• Rejected, cancelled, or failed orders earn ₹0
• The commission rate is fixed at 10% for all classes and subjects
• Commission structure may change in the future based on content quality or platform policy

4. Printing Service Terms

• Printed output quality depends on the file uploaded.
• We do not guarantee color accuracy or formatting corrections.
• CM Copys is not responsible for user-upload mistakes.

5. Copyright & Legal Responsibility

• You are fully responsible for the content you upload.
• CM Copys is not liable for copyright or legal disputes caused by your files.
• If content violates copyright laws, your account may be suspended.

6. Account Suspension

• Copied or low-quality content → immediate ban.
• Repeated violations → permanent removal.
• Fraudulent earning attempts → all payments cancelled.

7. Platform Rights

By uploading notes, you grant CM Copys permission to print, sell, and deliver your notes. You keep authorship rights but not exclusive selling rights.
